Internet Problems

Internet problems can be caused by many things, Internet Service Provider (ISP), telephone extensions, filters, corrupt operating system, faulty modem/router among other things. Testing internet problems is done at your property with the system running to diagnose the fault and advise or fix the repair if needed.

We advise people to first call their ISP (Internet Service Provider) to confirm there is not a fault with the service, speaking to the ISP can often resolve issues with internet problems, if the ISP says the service is fine and you still have problems then give us a call.
