NOTE Sometimes (Rarely) removal is impossible due for example to a virus merging with certain system files, if this is the case a format is necessary to completely eradicate these problems.

Free Call Out And Estimates

We do not charge to give estimates or come out to give estimates, We do not charge to bring a system back to base and returning the system back to the customer. Our call out service is totally free.

We can either give you an estimate over the phone or if this is not possible we can come out and give an estimate

We can often do repairs or upgrades at your property but certain jobs needs a system to be brought back to base, in these cases we will give a time and description of the job and what will happen and keep the customer informed of any changes, we will bring the system back, fix the problem and return it at no extra cost.

PC Health Check

PC's inevitably slow down and don't run as smooth as they once did, with the build up of junk files and remainders of programs left behind your pc and many programs adding to the start up of your system it begins to come to a crawl, dust can also build up to dangerous levels, here is an example (Right) of a before and after where the dust had built up in the front of a system.

We can do a complete overhaul, we check for viruses and spy ware, speed up the pc to its maximum potential. We can advise on upgrades to improve performance and install any upgrades at the time of the service.

We do not only clean the running of a system making it faster we also clean the insides too.

 If you have another system and need your data transferring over to the second system we can do this for you, we can not only copy over just the My Documents folder like others do we can copy over among others program files so your programs can often be restored with the data you already have.

Data Wipe

 Simply deleting files and emptying the recycle bin does not delete the files it simply puts the information on the slack space of the drive making it easily recoverable.

We wipe a drive overwriting any data a number of times making any retrieval impossible.

NOTE This should only be done when you have all your information saved and backed up by us or yourselves as once this is performed no data can be retrieved.

Don't worry if you don't have the discs that came with your computer to install all your hardware or even the operating system such as Windows XP as we can redo your system without these.

A format is usually done when system files are beyond repair. Computers inevitably break down like everything else and sometime the operating system is un-repairable, if your operating system or hard drive goes you could loose some or all your data on there so back up important files when you can.

Operating System Install

We can install your operating system for you, often installing an operating system will greatly improve a systems performance. We will check your system can handle the new system and if not recommend the needed upgrades to make the new operating system work correctly.

Installing a new operating system on a system that can handle the new system can often be completed and returned the same day.

If you require a full operating system install then you will lose any data that is already on the PC so it is recommended that a backup of any critical information is conducted prior to starting the installation
